Remove the right side of climate control cubby mat, by lifting up torelease (2) rubber studs. Set aside.
Place InDash by PanaVise Mount bottom on left side of cubby with Lpart of bracket going to the right at the back of cubby above dividing line. Install the 4 screws supplied in the (4) Mounting holes. (2) at the back and (2) just inside the cubby. Make sure the mount is flush to the side of the cubby prior to installing the back (2) screws. Cfully replace the rubber cubby mat.
Install the Top part of the InDash by PanaVise Mount (75001) with the(2) Acorn nuts.
